Nominations are NOW OPEN

Port Stephens Netball Association has opened its nominations for registered members of our Association to be part of our team in 2025.


The team off the court is the key enabler, for the active participation of the teams on the courts, through our competitions and programs that are delivered each year.


We all know that being part of an active and healthy community, helps to build and provide children, young people and adults with the tools that will support their physical and emotional health throughout their life. Participating in netball irrespective of where we live, our cultural backgrounds or abilities enables us to continue to grow and evolve our game on and off the court. Increasing the number of people who participate in our competitions and programs and also our active volunteer workforce.


So, to ensure that we start right for season 2025, we want you to consider taking on one of our many important roles. Whether that is part of our Executive Committee, as a Sub Committee or Program Convenor or as a member on a Sub Committee or as a delegate to other governance practices, there is an opportunity for you to get involved.

The 2025 elected Executive Committee is made up of the following roles:

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Representative Convenor

  • Games Services Convenor

  • Technical Services Convenor


The opportunities as a Convenor include:

  • All-Abilities Convenor (this is new in 2025)

  • NetSetGo Convenor (this is new in 2025)

  • Boys and Mens Convenor (this is new in 2025)

  • Canteen Convenor

  • Carnival Convenor

  • Coaching Convenor

  • Competitions Convenor

  • Grounds Convenor

  • Selections Convenor

  • Umpires Convenor

  • Assistant Treasurer (supports the Representative Program)

  • Member Protection Officer


You can also be part of one of our Sub Committee's:

  • Canteen Committee

  • Competition Committee

  • Grounds Committee

  • Umpires Committee

  • Appeals Committee


You can also be a delegate to:

  • Port Stephens Council West Ward Sports Council

  • Netball NSW
